Vegan Banana Bread Recipe

You'll Need The Following Ingredients:

  • 2 Cups Flour
  • 3 Extremely Ripe Bananas
  • 1/3 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 Cup Plant Based Milk
  • 2 TBSP Oil
  • 1 TBSP Baking Powder
  • 1 TBSP Cinnamon

Directions:

  • Preheat your oven to 350 Degrees Fahrenheit. In a stand mixer (or can be done by hand) combine all of the ingredients until there is no dry parts and everything is smooth. Spray your baking dish - we used a bundt cake but a bread loaf, muffin tins or even donut pan can be used - with a nonstick cooking spray. I like to use coconut oil for both my spray and in my bread. Bake the bread for 45 minutes to an hour or until the center is fully cooked. Time will vary depending on the dish you use: Muffins take about 25 minutes and Donuts take 15. Allow to cool for a few minutes then slice and serve! My kiddos and I love adding some Earth Balance buttery spread on ours!
